FK Leningradets Leningradskaya Oblast is a professional football club based in Leningrad Oblast, Russia. The club was founded in 2013 as FC Tosno and played in the Russian Amateur Football League.
In 2014, Tosno gained promotion to the Russian Football National League (FNL), the second tier of Russian football. The club made a remarkable debut in the FNL, finishing 4th in the 2015–16 season and reaching the semifinals of the Russian Cup.
