Aston Villa have made two changes to the team that started against Arsenal last weekend. Kortney Hause and Danny Ings come into the side in place of Tyrone Mings and Leon Bailey.
Everton have made three changes to the team that started against West Ham last weekend. James Tarkowski, Amadou Onana and Demarai Gray come into the side in place of Ben Godfrey, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Anthony Gordon.
First half
The match has started at a frantic pace, with both teams looking to attack from the off. Aston Villa have had the better of the chances so far, with Ollie Watkins going close on two occasions. Everton have also had their moments, with Demarai Gray testing Emiliano Martinez.
The best chance of the half so far fell to Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins, who found himself through on goal after a great pass from John McGinn. However, Watkins' shot was well saved by Jordan Pickford in the Everton goal.
The half has ended goalless, with both teams having chances to win it. The second half promises to be just as exciting.
